We understand that this can be a very stressful time. It is our job to make the claims process as easy as possible.
We work with you to ensure that your claim goes through as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
- There will be forms to complete. We offer to, wherever possible, sit down with you to complete them.
- When the claim forms have been completed, with your permission, we liaise with the insurance company Claims Assessor either on your behalf or in addition to your contact with them.
- Additional information may need to be requested by the insurance company such as copies of doctors records etc. Again, we are happy to help with this.
- When all the requirements have been received, we will liaise with you regarding the outcome of the claim.
